This statement of rights and responsibilities has its origins in the principles of Tellmebye, S.L. and governs our relationship with users and with anyone interacting with Tellmebye, S.L. By using or accessing tellmebye.com, the user demonstrates his agreement with this statement.

The data entered in any section, especially in the TRANSFERS zone, should be revised by each user in order to comply with the legal terms of potential added websites. Given that no one from the Tellmebye team will have access to the content to supervise it, any unlawful act committed by the user will be his responsibility, thereby releasing Tellmebye from any liability.
You are the owner of all the data and messages you enter on Tellmebye and will be the only one who controls the way this information is shared with others.

The rest of the transfers and information are sent directly to their addressees once 48 hours have elapsed.
When an administrator notifies of the death of terminal illness of another user, a notification email is sent to the account holder and to all the administrators of the supposedly deceased party, with information on who made the announcement and when. For security reasons, email messages will not be sent until 48 hours have elapsed. During this period, only the account holder may reverse the communication.
At Tellmebye, we do all we can to keep our website secure, but there is no guarantee. If you select a username for your account, we reserve the right to delete it or complain about it if we deem this appropriate (for example, if the owner of a commercial brand complains about a username that is not closely related to the user’s real name).
You will not publish content or take any action on Tellmebye that infringes or violates the rights of others or that violates the law in any way. We can remove any content or data you publish on Tellmebye if we believe that it violates this statement. If we remove your content due to a copyright infringement by another person and you think this has been a mistake, you will have the chance to notify us of this by using the contact form.
If you repeatedly infringe another person’s intellectual property rights, we will deactivate your account, if appropriate. You will not use our copyright or trademarks, including Tellmebye and the logos and of any brand that looks like ours without our written permission. You will not publish the identification documents or financial information of anyone on Tellmebye.
Tellmebye offers users two types of service and prices.
1. Totally free - Free Account that you can aquire in our events and promotions.
2. The second modality, PRO Account, has an annual payment and offers extended services.
If we detect that any user is committing any kind of serious infringement or causes any kind of risk to Tellmebye by legally exposing us, appropriate measures will be taken, which include removing access to Tellmebye via a notification email or message you will see the next time you access the website. You can also delete your account and all available data at any time.
Any suit, conflict or cause of action will be resolved in accordance with the courts of Catalonia in the province of Barcelona. You accept that you will address the jurisdiction due to the person of the courts of the province of Barcelona, Catalonia in order to litigate such suits. If someone files a suit against us relating to your actions, content or data on Tellmebye, you will be responsible for compensating them and will free us of any liability for all potential damage, harm and costs of any kind (including reasonable costs and legal fees) relating to such suit.
We have made every effort to create a global community with coherent rules for all, but also to respect existing local legislation in effect.
You give your consent for your personal data to be transferred and processed on a global level.
This statement constitutes the full agreement between the parties in relation to Tellmebye and replaces any previous agreement. If any part of this statement cannot be fulfilled, the remaining part will continue to be fully valid and in effect. Should we not fulfill any part of this statement, no exemption will be considered.
